Background
Located in kwaZulu Natal province
we have an Integral interaction with Social development department particularly in Orphan care and poor families
The Non Profit Organization namely Siyaphambili Qondile Home Care Project was formed Since June 2000 and get registered in April 2005 under section 21 companies Reg No: 039-286.
The organization is located in KwaZulu Natal, province, UMkhanyakude District Municipality under Jozini Local Municipality also operating in some areas of Umhlabuyalingana Local Municipality. These areas are comprises of scattered households, while from the distance one can conclude that the community standard of living is poor due to poorly build houses and insufficient resources.
The communities of these above mentioned areas have got plenty of related problems i.e Unemployment, Orphans, Poverty and HIV/AIDS. And these predicaments has prompted the local communities to come together and designed the project – Siyaphambili Qondile Home Based Care Project with a motive to address all stated challenges.
Closing the gap
It is true that the organization has an integral interaction with Social development department particularly in Orphan care and poor families, but due to the number of ongoing identification of household in need, it is now manifesting and necessitating the need of the community based organization that will close the gap between government department and community at large.
Vision
To provide optimal and accessible community services and reduce unemployment in Jozini and part of Umhlabuyalingana Local Municipalities with within the context of community development.
Mission
To render the efficient and effective social services to local communities, address the HIV/AIDS challenges and eliminates poverty and unemployment through promoting self- help project consequently improving the standard of living for poor communities.
